Augmentation surgery

I've made a start on updating my link list over to the right of the main page. Trimmed slightly, added some friends and favourites, augmented the "Funny you don't look Jewish" list, started on a new lefty section, got rid of some neo-con "food for thought" but added some more. Still more work to do - it's been an age since I worked on it.
